Campbell Meditation Benefits – Amazingly, I Do Not Get Angry After Throwing Away

Before I started this meditation, I was so nervous and sensitive that I would feel a lot of stress and distracting thoughts over every little things. Through my meditation, as I kept looking back on my life and throwing away, now my mind is not disturbed easily. Amazingly, I do not feel any anger and any other emotions, even when I think of the past. I had such a wonderful experience.
